Running in a group is different from running on your own. That’s why we’ve gathered a few important tips to know before we head out together.
-
-
Always follow the pacers’ instructions.
-
Never run in front of or beside the pacers.
-
We almost always run two by two to avoid disturbing traffic, pedestrians, or cyclists.
-
Never cross at a red light. If the whole group doesn’t make it across, the pacers will stop and wait.
-
Always pass on messages from the pacers to the runners behind you — it could be about obstacles or a full stop.
-
We’re a running community where we meet other runners, and you need to be able to hear group announcements. That’s why listening to music during our group runs is not allowed.
-
If you experience any issues along the way, contact the pacers — we want to make sure you get home safely.
-
Always bring your best mood — let’s share good energy and the joy of running with each other.
