Hydration Zones

Along the entire course, there will be hydration zones located for every 3-4 kilometers, all of which are placed in the right hand side of the course. There will be clearly signposting along the course to indicate when you’re approaching a hydration zone.

All hydration zones are equally equiped, offering the following supplies:

1. Showers
2. Personal energy drink (limited to the elite)
3. High5 Aqua Gels (only at selected zones)
4. Water (in cups)
5. High5 EnergySource citrus (in cups)
6. Water (in cups)
7. Orange and banana bites (at every other zone)
8. Toilets
9. Medical Staff and vaseline

Please avoid crowding together along the first tables at the hydration zones. There are several tables at the zones, and there will be water available in two locations. If the first tables are crowded, please move further down the zone for better space.
