Hydration Zones

A total of 12 hydration zones are located with 3-4 kilometer intervals along the course. All hydration zones are placed in the right hand side of the course. There will be signs along the course to indicate when you’re approaching a hydration zone.

All hydration zones are equally equiped, offering the following supplies:

1. Showers
2. Personal energy drink (limited to the elite)
3. Water (in plastic cups)
4. High5 EnergySource citrus (in plastic cups)
5. Water (in plastic cups)
6. Orange and banana bites (at every other zone)
7. Toilets
8. Medical Staff + vaseline

Please avoid crowding together along the first tables at the hydration zones. There are several tables at the zones, and there will be water available before and after the High5 energy drink. If it is crowded by the first tables, please move further down the zone where there will be better space.
