Race packet / bib pick-up
Collect your Telenor CPH Marathon race packet and Nike participant T-shirt in the expo tent. Bring your registration card, which is issued approx two weeks before race day, at pick-up.
Info desk / registration 
At the help desk our staff will answer any questions, and you can register for the Telenor CPH Marathon, Politiken Mini Maraton (Saturday) and Telenor Teen Run (Sunday).
Vita Boost café lounge
Enjoy a break and a sandwich, a tasty pastasalad, a delicious smoothie or various other tasty treats at Vita Boosts cafélounge.
6:00 PM Expo closes.

Politiken Mini Marathon

8:30 AM Info desk / registration
The Politiken Mini Maraton info desk on Østerbro Stadium is open (at gate 1). Here you can register for Politiken Mini Marathon (DKK 100) and pick up your bib (if you haven’t done so already at the Telenor CPH Marathon Expo Thursday or Friday).
 9:00 Activities
Race site at Østerbro Stadium is open, offering sale of coffee, smoothies, etc., cheer gear workshop, bounce house, and free balloons. If you didn’t get your name on the bib, you can write it on yourself.
 9:50 Warm-up
Joint warm-up before first start (year groups 2013-2018). Throughout the event, there will be 5-10 minutes warm-up before each of the 8 race starts.
10:00 Race start 
Race start for year group 2013-2018. Next start is at 10:20 AM. See starting times for all year groups here
12:20 PM Finish
Last start (year group 2006). All kids get a medal, water and fruit after they’ve finished, and they can have their photo taken at the Telenor victory podium.
:00 PM All the runners have made it across the finish line. Sparta and Politiken look forward to welcoming you back in 2019.

39th Telenor CPH Marathon & Telenor Teen Run

7:30 AM Start and finish area opening
The start and finish area accommodates service facilities such as baggage storage and info desk, where you can register for the Telenor CPH Marathon.
8:45 Welcome
Race announcers welcome runners and spectators at stage. Spectators can watch the race at close range from the grandstands or along the start and finish stretch.
9:00 Telenor Teen Run info desk & bib pick-up
Bib numbers for the Telenor Teen Run is to be collected at the info desk near the Telenor mobile phone mast, where you can also register for the race.
9:20 Elite line-up
The top elite athletes are lined up for presentation at the starting line
9:26 Opening speech
Telenor director Lars Thomsen gives opening speech at stage, wishing all runners a good race.
9:30 Race start – Telenor CPH Marathon
The 39th Telenor CPH Marathon commences, and 10,000 participants set out onto the 26.2 mile course through Copenhagen and Frederiksberg.
9:30 – 15:00 Live broadcasting & entertainment
The race is live broadcasted on big screen at the start and finish, on cphmarathon.com and in the Telenor CPH Marathon app, and the entire course will boast an extensive entertainment and activity programme for runners and spectators alike.

10:00 Race start – Telenor Teen Run
The Telenor Teen runners are launched off to compete over a distance of 1000 metres
10:30 Price ceremony – Telenor Teen Run
Winners of both competitions (13-15 and 16-19 Year-Olds) will be celebrated on stage. All participants get a goodie bag, ice cream, and other products or treats at the finish.
11:35 – 11:45 Male winner of the Telenor CPH Marathon
The male champion of the 39th Telenor CPH Marathon crosses the finish line. A new race record requires a sub 2:12,10 winner time.
11:55 – 12:05 Female winner of the Telenor CPH Marathon
The female champion of the 39th Telenor CPH Marathon crosses the finish line. A new race record requires a sub 2:30,51 winner time.
12:30 PM Price ceremony – Telenor CPH Marathon 
Winners of the Telenor CPH Marathon (1-2-3-4-5 M/W) are awarded on stage.
12:30 – 3:30 PM Celebration & recovery
Participants are able to enjoy a selection of various recovery foods and beverages, a well-deserved Erdinger Alkoholfrei and a free massage in the finish area, where you can also have your Telenor victory photo taken for free.
4:00 PM Thank you for participating  
The last runners are welcomed at the finish line. Sparta and Telenor thank all participants and spectators for being part of the fun and hope to see everyone back for the 40th anniversary edition on May 19, 2019.
