All course information in one place
The course is a flat course that takes you through the inner city, Østerbro, Vesterbro, Nørrebro and Frederiksberg. You run in the heart of Copenhagen the entire way and have a unique possibility to experience the city in your running shoes.

On the course you’ll find
There are refreshment zones along the course at regular intervals, where you can renew your energy from water, energy drinks and snacks.
Please use the Drop Zones to get rid of your waste. They are placed from the start to end of each refreshment zone. Thank you for helping us take care of our local environment.
Our Medic team can be found at the start and finish line and at all the refreshment zones along the course.
Please note that you can write any health problems on the back of your race bib which we recommend if it has medical relevance.
