Boost your workplace with a corporate deal

Exercise isn’t just healthy. It also boosts energy, creates team spirit, and strengthens relationships – especially when shared with others.

So why not give your employees the ultimate goal to train towards together: Denmark’s biggest marathon, the Copenhagen Marathon. It’s a truly unforgettable experience – a journey that begins long before the start gun goes off and one that stays with you long after the 42.195 kilometers are complete.

At Copenhagen Marathon, we’ve made it easy for your company to set a common goal – even if you’re a big team.

If more than 25 employees would like to take part in the race, you can benefit from a special corporate package, which comes with a range of attractive advantages.

Benefits of a corporate package:

1. Easy registration
You don’t need to be ready when general registration opens. With a corporate package, you can secure a set number of entries for your employees – even if the race is sold out.

2. Simple administration
You’ll receive a dedicated link where your administrator has a full overview of all registered employees. At the same time, each employee can update their own details, such as T-shirt size or preferred start group.

3. Flexible payment
Payment is quick and straightforward. You can receive a single invoice for all participants, or choose full or partial employee payment options.

4. Free name changes
If someone can’t make it after all, a corporate package makes it easy – and free – to change the registration name so another colleague can take their spot.

Running and unity

Running a marathon requires willpower, dedication, and teamwork. These are also some of the very qualities that build strong teams – both in sport and in a thriving workplace.

When colleagues train for and complete a shared goal together, bonds are created across departments that make a real difference in everyday work life.

It typically takes 18–20 weeks to train for a marathon. We’ll of course support your employees with a training program and practical tips they can follow – individually or as a group. Many companies choose a fixed weekday for team training after work, turning preparation into a social as well as a physical activity.

5 benefits of team training

  • Training towards a common goal creates unity and togetherness across the organization.
  • It builds new relationships and strengthens the working environment.
  • Exercise improves employees’ physical and mental health.
  • Crossing the finish line together creates a strong sense of shared achievement.
  • It fosters internal pride while showcasing your company externally as a modern and attractive workplace.
