They share their experiences with running in Copenhagen, must-sees and recommendations for you to get the best out of your stay and your marathon.

Thomas ran his first marathon at the Copenhagen Marathon in 2019. He looks backs on his first marathon as a very special day, which allowed him to experience Copenhagen as a tourist for one day.  Thomas has lived in Copenhagen his entire life, and from his point of view, the city has everything you could wish for. He knows all the best places to go out, the best running routes and secret gems you can't miss out on while in town.

Having run 16 marathons, Louise is a very experienced marathon runner. She's run Copenhagen Marathon three times and thinks the course is what really makes the race unique. She never misses an opportunity to explore and discover everything the city has to offer – with or without running shoes.
