The course is a flat course that takes you through the inner city, Østerbro, Christianshavn, Vesterbro, Nørrebro and Frederiksberg. You run in the heart of Copenhagen the entire way and have a unique possibility to experience the city in your running shoes.

Refreshments

There are 10 refreshment zones along the course where you can re-energize with water and energy drinks. In some zones there are also fruit or energy gels.

Additionally, there is a Red Bull zone, where you can recharge with energy to power through the final kilometers towards the finish line and your medal.

Medic team

Our Medic team can be found at the start and finish line and at all the refreshment zones along the course.

Please note that you can write any health problems on the back of your race bib which we recommend if it has medical relevance.
