It’s just a finish line
– not the end!
Congratulations! You’re a marathon runner!

Once you cross the finish line, it’s time to hydrate and receive your well-earned medal.
Both will be waiting for you a little further down the finish area. So make sure to keep moving after finishing – this prevents crowding in the finish zone and it’s also good for your recovery to keep your legs gently in motion.
Follow the blue dots
After receiving your medal, continue into the Runners Area. On the map, we’ve marked your route with blue dots, and it’ll be easy to follow. Along the way, you’ll pass several tents offering everything from fruit to drinks.
This part of the Runners Area is reserved for runners only, but at the far end, there’s an exit where your family and friends can meet you.
Congratulations – you’re an awesome marathoner!Welcome to the finish line!

Shortly after the race, your personal finisher video will be ready. We’ve placed three video cameras along the course and two in the finish area, so show how much you love running – and have it all captured in your very own video.
